Ingredients
Lukewarm Milk 130 Grams
Sugar 35 Grams
Instant yeast 10 Grams
Vegetable Oil 1 Tablespoon
All-Purpose Flour 300 Grams
Salt Quarter Teaspoon
Butter 15 Grams
2 Cups of Vegetable Oil
Process of Making:
Step 1- Making Dough:
- In this step, add warm milk to the bowl, sugar, and Instant yeast.
- After adding the above-mentioned ingredients give it a mix.
- After mixing add Egg and Oil into the mixture and mix it well again.
- Once it is mixed well, add all-purpose flour and salt.
- Then knead it with a spatula for a bit then knead it with your hand.
- Once it’s kneaded place it on a wooden block or any flat surface.
- After placing it on the flat surface knead it a bit and then add Butter to it.
- After adding butter to it stretch it until it gets consistency.
- Once it is consistent cover it and let it proof for 45 Minutes.
- Step 2- Making Donuts:
- After 45 minutes separate the dough from the bowl and place it again on a flat surface.
- Dust flour to the surface and place dough on it.
- Stretch it for a bit and then cut it into equal sizes.
- After cutting make its round balls with your hands.
- After making balls press them on a flat surface until they become thin.
- Then make a hole in the center of the donut with any small sharp round object.
- Once the donuts are made cover them again for 15 to 25 minutes and let them prof again.
- Step 3- Frying Donuts:
- After proofing the donuts place the frying pan on the stove and set it on a medium flame.
- Then add vegetable oil to it and add donuts carefully into the frying pan.
- Keep changing sides until it gets a nice and fine light golden-brown color.
- Once it gets the Golden-Brown color set it aside.
- Step 4- Coating the Donuts:
- Once the donuts are fried perfectly set them aside.
- Coat them with Caster Sugar or Powder Sugar.
- After Coating your Homemade Donuts are ready to serve.
