This unique dish is widely loved in the Sub-Continent because of its rich taste and texture. It is effortless to make and can be made easily at home. Let’s jump into the procedure and see how it is done.

Ingredients

  • Minced Chicken 250 GM

  • Onion 1 Small

  • Tomato 1 Small

  • Fresh Coriander and Mint Leaves 2 Tbsp

  • Egg 1

  • Vegetable Oil 4 Tbsp

  • Ginger Garlic Paste Half Tbsp

  • Minced Green Chili 1 Tbsp

  • Gram Flour 2 Tbsp

  • Mayo Mustard Sauce

  • Special Burger Sauce

  • Burger Bun

  • Spices:
  • Red Chili Flakes 1 Tbsp

  • Black Pepper ½ Tsp

  • Coriander Seeds 1 Tbsp

  • Cumin Seeds 1 Tbsp

  • Ajwain Seeds ¼ Tsp

  • Salt 1 Tsp

Process of Making (Step 1- Making Chicken Material)

  • Add chicken to the bowl and add all the ingredients to it.
  • Once all the ingredients are added mix them well together.
  • You can rest the material for 30 minutes or start frying the kababs straight away.
  • Step 2 – Frying Kababs:
  • Place the frying pan on the stove and set it on medium heat.
  • Pour 2 Tbsp of vegetable oil or Mustard oil into the pan and let it heat.
  • Once the oil is heated Grab a piece of chicken and give it a patty shape after giving it a patty shape press it further to flatten the Kabab.
  • Fry the kabab until it gets a Golden Brown Color.
  • Set it aside when it gets the Golden-Brown Color.
  • Step 3- Making Chicken Chapli Kabab Burger
  • This is the final step in this step toast burger buns on the hot plate or in the pane.
  • Let it get a light Golden-Brown Color.
  • Once it gets the nice Golden-Brown Color apply Mayo-Mustard sauce on the base then add Chicken Chapli Kabab, Chinese Cabbage, and Onion Ring, and then pour some Special Burger Sauce on the top. You can add a Cheese slice as well it is up to your preference.
