Vanilla Extract 1 Tsp
Powdered Milk 3 Tbsp.
Full-Fat Cream 1 Cup.
Grated Coconut 4 Tbsp.
Vegetable Oil 1 Cup
Semolina 2 Cups

Process of Making:
Step 1- Making Basboosa Batter:
- This is the first step in this step add all the ingredients to the bowl and mix them well together.
- After mixing all the ingredients pour the Basbousa batter into the tray and press it evenly so all the batter is placed well.
- Step 2- Making Sugar Syrup:
- In this step place a pot on the stove on high heat.
- Add 1 cup of water
- After adding water add 2 Cups of sugar to the pot
- And then add 1 Tbsp of lemon juice it will help to thicken the sugar syrup.
- Boil it till it becomes thick.
- Once the water is absorbed and sugar appears in the thick liquid form your sugar syrup is ready.
- Step 3- Baking Basboosa:
- In this place the tray in the preheated oven at over 180 for 20 minutes.
- After 20 minutes, check if moisture is still in the bread. If so, let it bake for a while and then remove it from the oven when all the moisture is absorbed.
- Your Basboosa is Ready to Serve.
