Ingredients
Bread flour 150 Gm
Mozzarella Cheese
Olive Oil
Vegetable Oil
Sugar
Chicken 250 Gm
Garlic Paste
Tomato Ketchup
Black Olives
- Spices & Herbs:
Red Chili Powder 2 Tsp
Red Chili Flakes 1 Tsp
Black Pepper 1 Tsp
Oregano Half Tbsp
Basil Half Tbsp
- Vegetables:
Capsicum small-sized 1
Onion Medium Sized for Pizza sauce and Small Sized for Pizza Topping
Process of Making:
Step 1- Making Pizza Dough
- First make the mixture for making pizza dough.
- Take 100 Ml of warm water and add 1 Tbsp of Dry Yeast and 1 Tbsp of Sugar.
- Mix them well and rest for 10 minutes.
- After 10 minutes add this mixture to the Bread Flour and then add salt, sugar, and Olive oil to the flour.
- Knead the flour for 20 minutes and let it proof for 1 hour.
- Step 2- Making Pizza Sauce:
- Take 4 tomato peels take out the seeds from them and blend to make Tomato paste.
- After making the tomato paste place the frying pan on the stove and set it on a medium flame.
- After placing the pan add Finley chopped onion and minced garlic to the pan and fry it for 3 minutes.
- Once the onion is translucent add tomato paste to the pan and mix it well for 3 minutes.
- After 3 minutes add sugar, salt, oregano, and basil to the tomato pury cover it for 10 minutes, and let the water dry.
- Set it aside once the water is dried.
- Step -3: Making Chicken Tikka:
- In this step take 250 Gm of Chicken and put it into the bowl.
- Add spices, oil, and lemon juice and mix it well.
- After mixing it well let it marinate for at least 10 minutes.
- After 10 minutes place the frying pan on the stove and set it on a medium flame.
- Add vegetable oil and then add marinated chicken to it.
- Once the Chicken is added fry it until gets a nice Golden-Brown color.
- Once it gets the Golden-Brown color set it aside.
- Step -4: Making Pizza Base:
- After 1 hour take out pizza dough from the bowl and dust some flour on the shelf or wooden cutting table.
- Place the dough into the flour and knead it with your hands for 5 minutes.
- After five minutes press it gently with your hands then put it into the pizza pan.
- Once you put the pizza dough into the pizza pan spread it softly until it fixed the pan.
- Once the dough is adjusted correctly let it rise again for 10 minutes.
- Step -5: Baking Pizza:
- After 10 minutes spread pizza sauce to the pizza base and spread it till the crusts.
- Then add Mozzarella Cheese to the pizza base and spread it to cover the pizza sauce.
- Once the cheese is spread perfectly add vegetables and sprinkle Oregano.
- Then bake it at 180 until the cheese is melted.
- Once the cheese is melted and the crust gets the light Golden-Brown Color take it out from the pan and your Thin Crust Chicken Tikka is Ready to Serve.
