Ingredients (Makes 2 wraps)
- 2 flour tortillas
- 250 g chicken breast
- 1 avocado
- 1 small tomato
- A handful of fresh cilantro or parsley
- 2 tbsp sour cream or Greek yogurt
- 50 g shredded cheese
- 1 garlic clove
- Juice of 1/2 lime or lemon
- Salt
- Black pepper
- Paprika
- A little oil for frying

Instructions
1. Cook the chicken
Cut the chicken breast into small pieces.
Season with salt, black pepper, and paprika.
Cook in a skillet over medium heat for 6–8 minutes until golden and fully cooked.
2. Prepare the avocado filling
Mash the avocado with a fork.
Add:
- diced tomato
- chopped herbs
- minced garlic
- lime juice
- sour cream or Greek yogurt
- a pinch of salt
Mix until creamy.
3. Assemble the wraps
Spread the avocado mixture onto each tortilla.
Add:
- grilled chicken
- shredded cheese
Roll tightly into wraps.
4. Toast the wraps
Cook the wraps on a dry skillet for 2–3 minutes per side until crispy and golden brown.
